The RSI indicator is about to enter the oversold zone. We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower boundary of Donchian channel at 145.99. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above 169.97. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal high indicator, following Parabolic signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. The company cut roughly a third off the price of its “Full Self Driving” system Saturday - to $8,000 from $12,000. A day prior that Tesla cut $2,000 off the prices of three of its five models in the United States. Tesla reduced the prices of the Model Y, a small SUV which is Tesla’s most popular model and the top-selling electric vehicle in the US, and also of the Models X and S, its older and more expensive models. Companies lower prices for their products aiming to increase sales of their products, especially in competitive markets. However, lower product prices also mean lower profit margins and hence lower profits per product unit, which is bearish for a company’s stock price.
