On the daily timeframe, OATS: D1 could not break down the support line for the medium-term neutral trend. Now it’s trying to reach to its upper limit. A number of technical analysis indicators formed signals for a further increase. We do not exclude bullish movement if the OATS rises above its last maximum: 279.5. This level can be used as an entry point. The initial stop loss can be placed below the Parabolic signal and the minimum since September 2018: 254.5. After opening the pending order, we move the stop loss tracking the signals of Bollinger and Parabolic to the next fractal minimum. Thus, we change the potential profit / loss ratio in our favor. After the transaction, the most risk-averse traders can switch to a four-hour chart and set a stop loss, moving it in the direction of movement. If the price overcomes the stop level (254.5) without activating the order (279.5), it is recommended to delete the order: market sustains internal changes that weren’t taken into account.

Starbucks, an international coffee shop chain, offers its visitors oat milk as part of a special program to reduce global carbon dioxide emissions. PepsiCo Corporation develops the production of oat milk through a subsidiary of Quaker Oats. A positive factor for quotes may be a reduction in the yield of oats in the United States in 2020 by 3 million bushels to 53 million compared to 2019. At the same time, domestic consumption of oats will increase by 4 million bushels. This forecast is contained in the reports of the US Department of Agriculture. The difference is supposed to be covered by increasing imports of oats.
